How to Grow My First Garden

This is my first try at growing a square foot veggie garden. The lettuce likes the cooler weather and did good up until the last two weeks where the temp got in the low mid 90′s. I picked a large bag of lettuce from the bottom of the plants. The cherry tomatoes are coming along nice. Watermelon must need some more direct sun. The strawberries are not growing as fast as expected. No luck with celery at all. It’s been a fun ongoing learning experience. Any tips on what grows best in Florida heat and any other ideas welcome.
